SHIPPING

As we are a small studio we currently ship domestically in the United States. Fees should be considered when placing an order. Any fees associated with shipping are not the responsibility of Furniture Art + Design. Depending on scale, shipping costs can range from $50 to over $300. 

SALES & REFUNDS

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact the studio at 828 292 5859 within three days of receiving. If an order is placed and cancelled before lead time is provided, the payment will be fully refunded with the exception of a 10% transaction fee and the credit card processing fee. Otherwise, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will be sure to consider the situation.
